Dear All, The Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) is an intergovernmental treaty aiming to conserve terrestrial, marine and avian migratory species throughout their migratory range. The Convention Secretariat is administered by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). CMS Office - Abu Dhabi coordinates two international agreements under the Convention's framework: the CMS Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation and Management of Dugongs and their Habitats throughout their Range (Dugong MOU) and the CMS MOU on the Conservation of Migratory Birds of Prey in Africa and Eurasia (Raptors MOU).
