Dear all, The committee of the UK and Ireland Regional Student Chapter (UKIRSC) of the Society for Marine Mammalogy are pleased to announce that the registration for our 17th annual conference is now OPEN.
After two years of online conferences, we are pleased to announce that this year #UKIRSC23 will be held in-person at the University of St Andrews on the 11th to the 13th of January 2023 (with a hybrid online experience for those of you that cannot attend in person). Abstract submission deadline is Monday 14th November 2022. This is a free conference which aims to bring together postgraduate students from all across the United Kingdom and Ireland who are interested in and study marine mammals. Students are encouraged to present and discuss their work with colleagues in a friendly environment and have the opportunity to attend workshops and talks given by experienced scientists and specialists.
