We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic and 
forward-thinking team at Natural Power. We are currently seeking an experienced 
Marine Mammal Specialist to step into the role of Senior Environmental 
Consultant within our growing offshore team based in Stirling, Scotland, UK.

About Us
The Natural Power Consenting & Environment team is dedicated to supporting 
renewable energy projects throughout their lifecycle. Our team comprises 
qualified planners, project managers, and technical specialists who collaborate 
to deliver comprehensive planning and environmental services. We assist our 
clients from site identification and feasibility studies to scoping, 
Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Habitats Regulations Assessments (HRA), 
and post-consent support. For offshore projects, we also provide expertise in 
bidding for lease rounds and managing both onshore and offshore components.

The Role
As a Senior Environmental Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring 
the successful coordination, management, and delivery of marine mammal ecology 
inputs into various projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  *   Leading the coordination and delivery of offshore wind projects, focusing 
on marine mammal assessments relevant to EIA, HRA, marine licence applications, 
and feasibility studies.
  *   Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, 
consultee bodies, and industry contacts to ensure project success and support 
business growth.
  *   Engaging and managing stakeholders, addressing queries, and organizing 
public exhibitions.
  *   Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members within 
the Planning & Environment team.

experience in ecological impact assessments for marine mammals and renewable
