I'm about to end the interphase between phases 1 and 2 of the Marpa rewrite, and will produce a developer's release from the current "master" branch. That means that issues I didn't get to will probably have to wait until after phase 2. (I hope phase 2 won't last more than a few days.)
In the future, for announcements that are mainly of interest to those following Marpa development closely, I am thinking of making them only on the IRC channel (#marpa at freenode.net).
