If those of you who are build-savvy would look at Github issue #152

appreciated. It's an Android port of Marpa::R2. At this point I'm
fussy about new features, and especially want them to be low-risk, which
build changes often are not. But this one looks OK, and perhaps
Android-portability is of interest to Marpa::R2's currrent base.
