I see that the top table with summary attribute "Global TOC and local stuff
and footer" fits the full width and looks ok everywhere.

However, with "Global Table of Contents" table displayed to the left, the
main page contents is shifted to the right and horizontal scroll bar start
showing the room for scrolling to the right.
