This error means the pipeline did not commit any instruction for long time. >From the log file it looks like everyone is waiting for the cache miss in core2.I never run MARSS with two L3's and I don't thing it was ever tested with such configuration. I think the problem you are facing is because of the configuration not because of the benchmark and "ls" is just too short to hit the bug. -Furat
