maybe you can help me.
I would like to retrieve genes (for human, mouse and fruit fly) that
had no GO terms before July 2005 but have GO terms now.
In summary, I am looking for genes that I classified in June 2005 and
had no GO terms (in Biomart central database). And now I would like to
take the functional classification that I gave to those genes in June
2004 and compare it to the actual GO terms that might have been
annotated/added to those genes in the last 12 months. Any idea on how
to access (in Biomart or somewhere else) a table with:
[Gene ID] - [GO term] - [timestamp of the GO term addition]
