Hi Would be useful if you look into org.ensembl.mart.examples folder to see how java API works, and how the data structure of results seta look like. Guess you are already familiar with MQL example which comes in martshell help. As far as the documentation of each java module is concerned, its not up to date and neither very detailed. Your are welcome in case you want to discuss anyhting further.
