Hi Alan,
you need a 'id_list' type of filter for that. For an example
look at Ensembl homo sapiens dataset, filter group gene,
filter collection 'id_list_limit_filters' (the easiest to use MEditor
for that). You can enter multiple values comma or space separated
or upload a file.
