Your message didn't come through properly as our mailing list server
forbids HTML-formatted mails. However, the answer to the question in the
subject line is 'yes' - but we can only guarantee this for the
forthcoming 0.5 release of BioMart. 0.4 may or may not work with MySQL
5.x - we're not sure as we've never tried it.
