Hi Leandro Could you please send us your registry file, and in directory biomart-perl/conf if you could see a file 'registry_DOM_XML' once you have tried running registryURLPointer.xml. As it fails on registryURLPointer, the said file should be created. Simple send us the contents of that file. Thanks
