As far as I know dicty mart is on a very early
(probably about to be released at the time) 0.4 code so it is likely
that the version request is not supported. However, we have
had an older type of this request
http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martservice?
type=versioncheck&mart=dicty&version=0.4
which returns 1 if the version is 0.4
