Hi, I'm creating a new Formatter to output the BioMart data from the MartView website. I've created the new perl module in BioMart/Formatter/ directory and implemented the FormatterI interface. When I run it as the TXT module it works great. How do I now tell the MartView website to give this new Formatter as an option in the result page drop-down box? I have added the module name to the output Format list in the XML but nothing appears in the drop down, is there somewhere in the code or configuration I need to add to?
Thanks, Robert P.S. The FILTER and ATTRIBUTE tables have the titles obscured when the filter/attribute group is expanded. This appears to be a Javascript problem (possibly with IE?). Is there any plans to look into this?
