Arek, will you send me an example of a query using attribute lists? The queries are saved as part of our workflows so I'd like to store them in
the correct format ready for the new web service. It should be easy
enough to split the list into individual attributes for now.

ok, try www.biomart.org/biomart/martview

go to Ensembl pairwise alignment dataset and click 'XML' button for
a default query. What you will see is the contents of the AttributeList
(ei individual attributes). You need to strip down AttributeList to
individual
attributes on your side to reproduce it until we fix it (ei, make possible to use this query with an attributeList name rather than it's contents)

I didn't phrase that very well. What I'm after is an example of how a
query will look when AttributeLists _are_ supported (if you've decided
the format yet).

most likely it will be just another attribute
eg.

<Attribute name = "name_of_the_attribute_list" />

but we'll confirm before implementing

a.
