apologies for the delay in answering. Is this problem highlighted in the XML you already sent us ? I can take a look at it there. I'm not sure we have this scenario in any of our datasets so it is perfectly possible there is a bug in our code with using pointer boolean filters - I will investigate this generically anyway.
