Hi, I would like to save the super XML that I generated with MartEditor, and then upload it at some later time to a running BioMart, to update its attributes and filters. It's easy to save all from MartEditor. But: is there a way that I can upload the XML using MartShell? Or is there some other way I could do this non-interactively? The reason I am interested is that I would like to put the XML files that we generate under CVS, and write a script so that they can be uploaded when we do a release.
