Hi Jay - visit www.biomart.org/biomart/martview - Select dataset Mus musculus genes (NCBIM36) - Hi Dataset link from left panel and choose Sequence Option from right hand side panel. - Hit Attributes (left panel), Select the Sequence type cDNA from right hand side panel. - Hit Results - Choose Options (Compressed Web File (notify by email)) - Hit Go.
