Hi Jay,

It seems only RefSeq Peptide IDs are available for drosophila this 
release of mart and I am presuming you want the RefSeq DNA IDs. I just 
checked our database and indeed these mapping are missing. We get these 
mappings direct from the core ensembl dbs and for this release these 
mappings were not there for drosophila. I am cc'ing ensembl-dev as someone 
there should have the reason for their absence 

hopefully they will be back next release
