I just tried to do an "Update all" for the datasets that got
converted from 0.5 to 0.6, to see if I could get back all
the attributes and filters that I had hidden, but I got
a null-pointer exception from marteditor and it didn't
perform the update.
ok - something got seriously messed up on the 0.5 to 0.6 conversion. Think
we need to start from scratch and try and work out exactly what went wrong
plus the biomart group needs to work out if we should be deleting and
regenerating the existing template or just transforming it. Hold off till
tomorrow is prob the best advice - we may have a fix by then
