[mart-dev] softwareVersion v datasetConfigVersion

I notice that in Biomart version 0.6 the query attribute 
'softwareVersion' seems to have been replaced with 'datasetConfigVersion'.

Is this simply a change in attribute name or do the two attributes have 
different meanings?
