Have you installed BioMart on Windows based system ? or is it just the
browser (client) running from Windows ? I can see from the backslashes
(\) in the error lines below that it looks you have installed it on
Windows.

For session management, are you using default settings from
biomart-perl/conf/settings.conf or you have changed section about
settings.conf ?

These are probably warnings, shouldnt be a serious problem.
