Hi Allan This is possible on AttributeCollection level. All you need to do is to set selectAll = true on the collections you want to have select All / DeSelect All checkbox. This is achieved using martEditor, setting up this flag on desired collections, exporting the xmls, reconfigure biomart-perl, and restart the server.
