Hi I have a problem displaying pointerAttributes through the MartView UI.
I have two datasets, 'marker' and 'allelefrequency' which are linked through an importable and an exportable. When I select the two datasets explicitly through the MartView, they are linked correctly and I can select attributes from both datasets fine.
However, when I set up a pointerAttribute in 'marker', for selection of attributes from allelefrequency, it does not work. The attribute is not actually shown in the attribute collection.
There are no hide flags on any of these fields, and I have tried removing cached config files before rebuilding MartView with the 'clean' option.
I have tried setting the datasets up several times from a naive config, but have been unable to get this to work. I have looked at the EnsMart config and have copied that approach (the only difference being that the data is not partitioned).
Have you any idea why I am having this problem? Thanks Rob
