Hi Wick.

Syed and I used your schema to set up a test server and by doing so I
discovered a bug in MBuilder which was causing the exception about
foreign keys/relations that you were seeing.

I have committed patches to the 0.6 branch, and also to the current
development branch.

Using the patched MBuilder I am now able to successfully add your schema
to a mart.

I hope it works for you too now! :)
