We've added lots of custom things to biomart 0.5 and we're not quite ready or have the time to upgrade to 0.6. It's in the list of to-dos though... Any feedback on the upgrade procedure or maybe things to avoid/be carefull about?
Thanks for the quick reply! Its removed from 0.6. If you want to lift this check from 0.5, biomart-perl/lib/BioMart/Configurator.pm search for: if (@{ $xmlFilter->{'Option'} } > 200){ set this value from 200 to a higher number. I would recommend to use BioMart 0.6 if you have not done a lot of work already, its very nice to work with 0.6. good luck! cheers syed On Mon, 2008-03-03 at 16:07 -0500, Robert Hamon wrote: > [I'm still using marteditor 0.5] > > I trying to get a long list of options (over 200) to display as a > dropdown list with multiple selection.
