I actually just managed to do this by adding an option called No value
which didn't have anything on value attribute. Then I set it to
defaultValue of the filter.
This doesn't actually seem to work. I don't know why it did for that one
time, but I can't reproduce it again. Sorry for confusion.
So problem with drop down menu is that the filters seem to be on
automatically whether I want to use that particular filter in table or not.
