Hi, I have a main table that consists of only 'seq_acc' and 'sequence' columns. I want to create filters (using MartEditor) for 'start_bp' and 'stop_bp' to extract only a portion of the sequence. I'm having trouble configuring the mart. Any help would be much appreciated.
