I am now trying to install Biomart in a different location, but when I
run perl bin/configure.pl -r conf/registryURLPointer.xml, the following
happens:
Do you want to install in API only mode [y/n] [n]: n
Checking prerequisites ... please install the following modules:
5.005
The only thing I can see that it might mean is perl version 5.005. Has
anyone else come across this problem?
