Dear colleagues, When I try to retrieval all the genes have one GO number (for example, GO:0007517 ), the system give me 79 genes in biomart ( human NCBI build 36), but when I did the same search in Amigo, the result is 134 genes. So would you please tell me the difference? Thanks!
