Hi Robert,

Could you please send me (not the list, as it filters out attachments) the
http.conf file? And it would be hopeful if you can send on screen message when
you ran configure.pl as well.

Best regards,
Junjun

Subject: [mart-dev] BioMart install - Not a GLOB reference TableSet.pm

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Biomart 0.6 that I downloaded from CVS (I've tried 0.7
and it does the same thing). I can run the configuration step find (using
martURLLocation.xml) but get the following error when I start up Apache with
the biomart generated httpd.conf. Any ideas what's going wrong? I've tried
several ways around this but no luck (biomart 0.7 gives the same error)

[r...@popcorn-lx biomart-perl]# /home/biomart/apache/bin/httpd -d$PWD
-f$PWD/conf/httpd.conf

perl v5.10.0 (i686-linux)
Apache 2.0.63
