Hi David,

its has always been like this. the value of virtualSchema is 'default' for hsapiens_gene_ensembl.

you can retrieve this info from registry request where it says serverVirtualSchema.

Cheers
Syed

Hi David,

If there is a dataset name conflict, you need to add virtualSchema
parameter.

Hi

When try and retrieve the configuration file for hsapiens_gene_ensembl
using
http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martservice?type=configuration&dataset=hsapiens
_gene_ensembl
I get:

"Dataset name conflict for hsapiens_gene_ensembl. Need to further
qualify with the virtualSchema param as well"

I don't think I had to qualify with the virtualSchema before. Has
something changed?

David.
