[mart-dev] Exception

I am trying to update my dataset as some new attributes have been added. 
I have run configure.pl with the update option but when I try to do 
Update All in Marteditor  I get the following Exception:

org.ensembl.mart.lib.config.ConfigurationException: Caught Exception 
during transformation of requested DatasetConfig: null
