Hi Biomart experts!
I have freshly installed Biomart 0.7 on a Mac OS 10 Leopard system, and I cannot seem to get the linkoutURL to work. Here is an example of the string I am using in the linkoutURL part of MartEditor: http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?g=%s <http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?g=%25s> I have also tried : exturl|http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?g=%s and exturl|/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?g=%s (With exturl = http://www.ensembl.org in the settings.conf file) This doesn't work either, I've also tried other URLs to e.g. Entrez and nothing seems to work. I get the attributes that I want, but they are not hyperlinked. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to enable for the hyperlinks to work? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Ketan
