This is a request for information.

I am not a regular reader of The Nation magazine, published in the 
USA.  For some reason, I have formed the opinion that the magazine as a 
whole has a social-democratic or "socialist" perspective, although many of 
its pieces are written by liberals.  Given the current rightist 
political  zeitgeist in the US, it's hard to distinguish between 
social-dem, liberal, and "moderate" these days.  But does anybody know if 
the magazine's editorial board self-identifies as "socialist" or if 
individual editors do so?
