I don't know enough to say if this story is true. If it is, it shows how one
individual can taken advantage of the special status granted to Cubans who
enter the US and also the unlikeliness of an extradition between the US and
Cuba.
According to the article, this is a hot topic of gossip on the streets of
Havana.
