Following up on George's post, I just wanted to remind everyone that the special issue on The Roots of Mass Incarceration is now available online for free and in full (for a limited time), via this website: http://www.tandfonline.com/toc/csad20/28/3#.VPuIvEKJlSU You should be able to download all the articles in the issue there. It's really an important issue, I think.
