we have in the past commented on rules #2 and #3 above, in particular as it pertains to the use of real names by marxmail subscribers. we recently came across a related issue, where a marxmail subscriber used the real name of a non-subscribing comrade when identifying the author of a pseudonymous blog. it would be good practice to first check with comrades that are not marxmail subscribers before identifying them by their real names on the list.
