But the demand far exceeds the supply, and admission to all of them is extremely competitive, which is why this story strikes me and some others as so incredible. For a program to trigger this kind of mass exodus, it would seemingly have to be really, really awful. (Educational attainment there, and the resulting opportunities abroad, probably have less to do with class than here, although that's certainly a factor everywhere.)
