Hmmm, not sure about his approach. Obviously RT is Russia-centered propaganda but the author seems to contrast it unfavorably to BBC. If that is the measure then most mainstream and probably most "alternative" media would not be able to measure up. I think the better rule is to simply ignore anything RT publishes that is related to Russia.
