In fact, there has often been "due process" for these things The problem has been that "due process" doesn't occur in the abstract, but within the context of patriarchal hierarchies. I'm not sure that anyone really knows what is actually happening on the ground within companies and workplaces. I am as skeptical about this, as about the earlier effort to stop "bullying." As far as I have seen, these things are essential to how the system works. Institutions that are built around these inequalities and injustices aren't going to do anything beyond the most cosmetic measures, though a movement could mitigate much of this. ML.
