Not a difficult question to answer, in my opinion, since Cuba is a small island in a world thoroughly dominated by capitalist ideology and reactionary institutions. It's better that these ideas are now being publicly aired, debated and combated in the course of a broad debate on the new constitution, rather than being suppressed and driven underground to fester.
