I dealt with these questions 5 years ago but this time the NED business was being raised by Moon of Alabama rather than Grayzone. This will give you an idea of how far into orbit Norton and Blumenthal have gone. Moon of Alabama is ground zero for this kind of "follow the money" conspiracism. Moon of Alabama excoriated them for plagiarizing Vanessa Beeley on the White Helmets. I wonder if they'll get the same kind of static for plagiarizing MofA.
