I would only state that the situation is in flux, the reports from Misión Verdad have NOT been checked with independent sources, and that the question is whether the regime will keep the negotiations with MAS alive or will in the end, as Marco Teruggi guesses, break every dam, brush the Assembly aside, and unleash a repressive wave that will include, first and foremost, the military who don't abide by the coup. There is too much lithium at stake.
