Someone who would vigorously deny that dialectics is a
core element of Marxism is one "Rosa Lichtenstein"
who maintains a website at:
http://anti-dialectics.co.uk/index.htm

She contends that Marxism is best interpreted
in light of Wittgenstein and Frege.

On the other hand, I have known of
people who were sympathetic with AM
who also accepted what is known as
"analytic Hegelianism", so they
didn't see a necessary conflict between
certain forms of AM and dialectics.

Actually I agree with your point that many analytical philosophers were
progressive, and it would be more precise to claim that their image,
rather than what they are, is .conservative
A frther point is that the analytical philosophers genereally deny
dialectics, which is a core element in Marxism (at least in Marx).
