I'm no fan of comrade Waistline's politics, and he's no fan of mine, but I think his post on the limitations of the Black Activist Journal, based on his analysis of the material history of black labor is on the mark, spot on the mark. The remarks about DuBois and James and Claudia Jones [how do you characterize Claudia Jones without identifying her as a Marxist?
