If we're going to talk wine, it certainly is worthy of its own thread. I think my friend David W. is just sssssssooooooooo wrong. I am a great fan of Bordeaux, preferring the "grip" of the Haut-Medoc, the Medoc, or the Graves to the softer tones of Pomerol or St. Estephe, and even the greatest vintages, 2000, 2005, 2009 or earlier-- 1982, 1988-- and as great as that enjoyment is, it doesn't deter me from my romance with rosés from Bandol, from St. Tropez, from Cassis, springing eternal every... spring .
