What blue skying crystal ball gazing bullshit! :-) Nobody knows what will happen where. It seems obvious and predictable only in hindsight. Marxism isn't predictive that way. Not even if you break apart the third volume of Kapital and eat the paste. The chances anybody has in "the global south" will depend directly on how successful we are in nobbling the masters here at home. And our chances are always improved when they face reversals abroad.
