It's really worth repeating that under the Ashcroft/Holder doctrine, any activity including speech which is "in coordination with" a group on the Secty of State's list is "material aid for terrorism". For example, a Jerusalem post article recently suggested that some Palestinian forces wanted the Dems to win the midterm elections. This means that anyone who votes for Giannoulias -because he/she thinks Hamas wants him/her to- is guilty of material aid. If the Feds aren't sure why you have a Giannoulias sign in your window, they can always search your house and drives for Hamas communiqués.. The scope of "material aid" is appalling and the scope of what can be investigated as potentially being "material aid" is many times that.
