Harry Cleaver's classic READING CAPITAL POLITICALLY tries to do that ---
but of course Ryan is right --- a heavily annotated edition of all three
volumes of CAPITAL would be a fabulous contribution --

RIght now the "second best" (in my opinion) is the first half of Sweezy's
THEORY OF CAPITALIST DEVELOPMENT ....
